2. How to Return an Item

- Step 2: Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Step 3: Package your item securely and return it to the address provided. Ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
3. Exchanges
- Eligibility for Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchange Process: To exchange an item, return the original item according to our return process, and once received, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective, damaged, or if the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
5. Damaged or Defective Products

6. Refunds
